Constantino specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, grief, and depression, among other areas. His practice extends to many additional concerns, ensuring personalized care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Personality Disorders
Personality disorders affect the way individuals think, feel, and relate to others, often creating challenges in relationships and daily functioning. Therapy focuses on building self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal patterns.
Trauma
Trauma can leave lasting emotional and physical impacts, often disrupting a sense of safety and well-being. Therapy provides a safe space to process these experiences, develop coping strategies, and work toward healing.
Addictions
Addictions can affect every aspect of life, creating cycles of dependency and emotional strain. Constantino helps individuals understand the underlying causes of their addiction, build healthier habits, and regain control of their lives.
Sexual Disorders
Sexual disorders can impact intimacy, relationships, and self-esteem, often leaving individuals feeling isolated. Therapy offers a supportive environment to address these concerns and promote understanding, healing, and connection.
Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression can create overwhelming feelings of fear, sadness, or hopelessness, affecting everyday life. Therapy provides tools and support to manage these emotions, foster resilience, and restore balance.
Grief and Loss
Grief and loss can lead to profound feelings of sadness, emptiness, and disorientation. Therapy helps individuals navigate the grieving process, honor their losses, and find ways to move forward. Ultimately, grief fosters meaning in life after loss.
